Shri Channabasaveshwar Agency started as a single storefront on Hubli-Dharwad Road with one belief: a builder shouldn’t have to visit five shops to get a site started. Fifteen years later, that’s still the whole business model — cement, steel, sand, paints, plumbing and sanitary ware, stocked deep enough that one call covers the list.

We opened our doors on Hubli-Dharwad Road in Amargol serving the immediate Navanagar neighbourhood — mostly individual homeowners building their first house. Word travelled through the same contractors we supplied, and the business grew alongside Hubballi’s own construction boom.
Today we hold authorised dealerships with UltraTech, Birla Opus, BirlaNu, JK Cement, Asian Paints and Sintex — brands we chose because contractors kept asking for them, not the other way round. Our GST registration and formal billing (GSTIN 29ABQPH2806Q1ZZ) mean every purchase is accounted for properly, whether you’re buying one bag of cement or fitting out a commercial site.
What hasn’t changed is who answers the phone: the same family that opened the shop still runs quality checks on incoming stock and signs off on every large delivery.
